EAD Saga - please help

PLEASE HELP - Long wait for the EAD

I applied for my 2nd EAD on Feb 21, 2004. But still haven't got it.

I had got 3 interim EADs till now. The 3rd expires Feb 10, 2004. I was told by the USCIS Local Centre in TX that I will not be given an another interim EAD as they can give only for 240 days. They asked me to contact the VSC.

I opened a status enquiry by calling the vermont service centre in
Nov 2004. I received a letter stating we will get back to you in 60 days. But nothing has happened. 2 months have passed.

Is any body on the same boat ?????

Any suggestions on what I should do next ..

1st FP - March 2003
1st EAD - Approved , May 2003
2nd EAD - ND Feb 21,2003 -- Pending approval
1st Interim EAD - Apr, 2004
2nd Interim EAD - Aug , 2004

contact senator/congressman ASAP

I am sorry to hear of your plight.
Have you tried to contact your senator or congressman?
Also send expedite letter to the center director with cover letter by snail mail and fax.
I think that may produce some results.

I would apply a new EAD and see what happens.
