Ead Rfe???

My wife had an RFE on online EAD, she submitted the evidence and the website updated on Oct. 30......does any one know how long it takes to get a decision.

Her RFE was about I-140 approval letter, ND/RD was 8/03/2003.....

Approved EAD in 2 weeks after sending response to RFE.

BCIS (TSC) issued REF on 10/2 and I got it by 14th. I sent reply to RFE on 20th and EAD got approved on 10/31.

REF details: They requested marriage certificate to prove that her application is tied to primary 485 application.

It is for I140 Copy or the photographs....Just prepare for that....Don't worry you will get soon....

they wanted our marrriage certificate! this is the 3rd EAD!!!!!!

RFE issued

I checked my online status for my second EAD. It states that an RFE was mailed on Nov 6. The RFE is only for me. My husbands EAD is approved and he is the primary applicant. Our ND for 2nd EAD is 8/20. Not sure what the RFE is for.
