I got an RFE (photo) for my EAD renewal.My Lawyer send
the necessary papers to them on 12/16/02.But the Online site
is not updated.Could you please advise me on
1. How long it takes for INS to update the site after they receive the papers.
2. After getting the papers how long will they take to approve the
EAD.
My EAD expires on 1/17/02.Any suggestions how to proceed if the
EAD expires.
