I received the following RFE on EAD for myself and my wife. My I-140 was filed in June 2004 and I-485 , I-765 and I-131 was filed in july. I have copies of all the receipt notices. Can anyone tell me what evidence should i send and why is TSC asking for I-129(isnt that the H petition?).
I do not have an attorney so your advice and suggestions are highly appreciated.

If you or your spouse filed a form I-129 with TSC, please send a legible copy of your canceled check or cashed money order(the receipt number will be noted on the face of this payment).
