What could EAD RFE ask for? I am waiting for mine and for my wife too. I don't understand how could be RFE for my wife? She came on H4 and started working on EAD. Can she get an rfe about changing jobs or it only for primary holder.

it could be anything - don't try to put rational on it. from my experince i leaned that they can ask for anything. they can ask for any document - I140 approval notice, birth certificate, I485 receipt, copy of I94.
in case of wife, it could be your I485 receipt (if you did not provide), her birth certificate, marriage certificate, her I94.

or it could be ADIT pictures - if they did not meet the requirements.
 
What is the usual timeframe for getting a RFE? How soon they send you a RFE if they find some problems with your application?
I am really afraid to getting a RFE after waiting for 3 months ( timeframe for EAD)... :(
