E-filed 765 on June 3, 2004;
RFE issued August 11, 2004;
From what I read, different local offices treat RFE
differently. Some may issue iEAD 90 days after the
original RD even with RFE issued, some may not. Any
one has experience regarding this at Newark, NJ?
Also how about Cherry Hill?
