Has any one replied to an EAD RFE (NSC) during Oct 29th timeframe and got an approval notice lately? or what is the normal processing time at NSC for RFE on EADs?

EAD approved on Nov 17th
 
Is NSC processing slow on EADs? It has been more than 40 days since a response to an RFE (Photo ID) was sent..
