My wife has received an RFE - stating - local INS office does not have a copy of your photograph and/or finger printing.
Schedule an appointment with your local INS and let us know the dates.
1. Should I go for finger printing alone or photograph alone or for both.
Finger printing and photographs are taken in two different locations.
