EAD RFE and FP notice. Any correlation ?

At USCIS online case check status on 04/05/05, I see that my RFE's have been issued for EAD,AP.

On 04/11/05 I received mail from NSC:it was finger printing appointment notices.

So far no mail on what the RFE's for EAD,AP are about.

Is there any correlation between the FP notices and RFEs for EAD ?
