I have been working using iEAD since early October..the iEAD expires in May 04.
Early in December I received an RFE asking for an approved I-140 (which was checked while issuing iEAD)
Subsequently I mailed BCIS the evidence required. For the past 3 weeks the online message says "It is taking between 120 days...".
Anyone with similar EAD experience?
