I applied (E-file) and got approved for my 3rd EAD in April of 2004. The card was sent to my old address and for a few months I tried to get them to send it to my new address, but no results. After a month or so, when i checked the status online, it said that we cannot find the case number entered!!@#.
Anyhow, as suggested by some members of this board, I re-applied for a replacement card on June 24. My case is still pending and have got the Receipt.
My question is, to issue a replacement card, they will check to see if I was approved earlier, which I was. I'm worried that if their system uses the same one we use to check status online, it might fail to find my earlier approved EAD.
Anyone has had this experience?
