EAD Renw'l RD-02-24-04 & FP Notif'n Issued 02-26-04

Hi Guys , Do any one got this situation?
Applied for EAD & AP renewal, the received date from Fedex Tracking no. 02-24-04 and I received the Finger Print Notification dated 02-26-04. Does this resumes my I-140 process????

I-140, ND-05-23-03 Not approved yet.
1st EAD approval-06-25-03
1st AP Approval -06-12-03

2nd EAD & AP Mailing date 02-20-04, RD-02-24-04
FP Notification 02-26-04.
