I called up the INS office today, to inquire about how long will it take for adjudication of my case. I have a EAD renewal application filed with VSC.
I have sent evidence of Birth certificate to an RFE. It has been a week, to my horror, the IIO said, it might take 45 days more.
Is it true that it would take that long for a response. The application has been pending for over 60 days already.
Anyone have any experience ?
