EAD Renuval- Question - Help

If you can tell me what questions 15 and 16 are, I can probably help you.. I don't recollect those questions.

But I will be online for about an hour or more so better make it snappy.

15. Adjustment of status applicant; H-1B or EAD as applicable

16. (C)(9) -> see page 4 of the whole application (instructions I mean). I think the answer for this would be in the 485 receipt as well.. I'm not sure.

Answer to Q15 would be something like H1
Answer to Q16 if you 485 is pending , it would be c 9
There is a list of categories along with the form. Look at it .
download the the pdf from the ins site.
 
I think if u go to the ins forms- download I 765 - part 2, u have to select the category that best suits u.

Just Fed-Ex it you will be fine . when you track your package , it will show as delivered at Williston VT., which I think is their mail-sorting facility.

I would like to know one thing the payment has to be made by money order or cheque? any prefrence.
