EAD Renual expairation question...

My EAD will expires on Jan 04, 2003.
I applied for EAD renual in Nov 21, 2002. I got the ND Nov 29, 2002.

My EAD renual is not yet approved...

If the EAD is not renued before the expiry of my current one, then what's my condition....????

Means am i in "out of status...."

What to do to avoid this?

You mean I can't work with ND receipt....

I think after your old card expires, there might be a few days before you get your new card. As long as no one checks your legal working status, you can still work.

Your new card should has Jan. 5th as the new starting date for next year. And that's why you won't be out of status if continuing work during waiting for new card.
