EAD Renewale - Nebraska

Hi,

My ND is 03/14 for EAD renewale. Any idea how things are moving these days at NSC center. My current EAD will expire on 05/07. If i dont receive approval, then what should i do. Please advise.

Currently, as of this weekend, those who report on their progress at Nebraska indicate that the service center is now processing some applications from the first to second week of February, but many January cases are also still being processed. At this rate, you will definitely not get your new EAD in time unless something happens in the next 2 weeks that speeds up cases at Nebraska, which is extremely unlikely.

Search this forum for ways to expedite your application to see if you fit the criteria. My wife and I are both waiting for our EADs and have been unemployed since early March; so I can sympathize with your situation.
