EAD Renewal

Dear Friends

My I-485 case was transferred in July 2003 to Arlington Office.
I applied for EAD renewal in Oct 2003 and my current EAD is expiring in Feb 2004. I am planning to visit Arlington office some time end of Jan'04 (After 90 days) if I don't get EAD by then.

I have not received any notice for FP. is FP must for EAD renewal??. (This would be my third EAD)


1. After 90 days, will the Arlington office will issue EAD if I go in person

2. if they don't, can I work after Feb 2004.

3. What are the alternatives and What should I do to keep working

Yes, you can go to the office after 90 days
since your check is cashed or receipt date.
I was told that they will give you an appointment
for the next wednesday. I am also waiting
for EAD renewal from arlington. Let me know
your experience. Thanks.
