EAD renewal

Hi

currently my wife is on L2 visa and she got a EAD that will be expiring in Dec 2003. I recntly got my L1 extension papers from INS that I can stay in L1 untill 2005. She is currently working in a company and I would like to know whether she can continue to work in the company after the expiration date?

Or does Local INS give the temporary EAD for some time until she get a new EAD(usually it would take 90 days to to get a new EAD from the service center)

Hi,

Your wife must apply for EAD renewal to service center immidately. She can apply online . Its 24/7. After completion of Online form she has to go to the ASC for biometric(finger printing and photograp) and signature. She has to send all the supporting documents to Service center.

Local INS office issues, I-EAD only after 90 days from the date of receipt notice.

Don't delay it.
