I am on L1 visa and my wife is on L2. She has recently received her EAD, valid from oct,2003 to dec,2003.
My L1 visa is getting over by this december and so I have send for an extention and will be receiving it in the month of Dec or worst case Jan. My wife is about to get a job. Please let us know, incase she applies for her EAD Renewal during dec or jan, then after the expiry of her current EAD can she still work? If so, how long can she work legally in US with an expired EAD?
