I am applying for my wife’s EAD renewal. Item # 15 on the application asks for “Current Immigration Status”. She came to this country (in 2002) as my dependent (H4), after which I applied for her Adjustment of Status along with mine.... naturally, we answered “dependent” for that question back then.
She has been working on EAD for past couple of months. What do I answer for that question now?
