Hi,
Can some one help me out on the following questions:
My EAD expired on Aug 1st. Applied for renewal on
May 27th but not yet got approved. My H1B is valid till Dec 1st 2003. What I suppose to do now. Should I request my
employer to renew H1B or request BCIS to issue interm EAD?
If I have to request interm EAD when I suppose to do it mean
after 90 days (around Aug 27th) or I can rightaway request it.
