EAD Renewal

Hello Friends,

I need to Apply for EAD Renewal.

Currently i am living in MD.Filed my I-485 Application using my friend's OLD permenant Address in PA and received my first EAD Card to PA OLD Address.Later my friend Moved to New Address in PA and update my I-485 Application with New Address in PA.

Now my question is

1.Can i apply EAD using MD Address?
2.Do i need attach the Mailer Card which i received along with my first EAD Card?
3.Mailer Card showing my friend OLD Address is that ok..
