EAD renewal?

Hi,

Just I want to know how soon can we apply for EAD renewal. is it o.k to work with recipt(not having physical card, when waiting for Renewal card). My EAD is Expiring on 05/15/03. PLease advise............

Atleast 3 month before expiration (so that you have an option to get iEAD from local office). To be safe, apply in January 2003.

And, no you can not work without getting card if your old one expires before receipt of new card.
