EAD renewal

Friends,

For EAD renewal, which I-94 needs to be attached. Is it the I-94 attached in the passport or the one in the bottom of the H1B. Incase the I-94 in the passport has expired then do we have to submit the I-94 in the H1B.

I may be wrong, but for EAD renewal you dont need the I 94, please do correct me if I am wrong.

EAD Renewal doesn't need I-94

July_16 is 100% right. You do NOT need the 1-94, unless you travelled abroad and a new I-94 is issued.
