I am a sept 5th RD filer with an H1 valid for two years.I have an EAD though I haven't used it.Am with the same company for all along.
Do i need to renew an EAD since I have no intention of switching over and have a valid H1.
No need to renew if really you don't use it....Only if you switch jobs you'll need it. I would apply for renewal just to be able to switch if a better job comes along. Otherwise, I am staying on my H-1 B myself.
