EAD Renewal

Hi All,
I need to renew my EAD and AP. Shall I need to send Original EAD card along with application or a photo stat will do??
Please let me know what are all document I need to send to INS.

Should send a photocopy...not the original. Also send the copy of the approval letter which came with your EAD
