EAD Renewal

Hi,

My friend\'s EAD is up for renewal. The attorney is asking 800 dollars to file for it. I thought it was outrages. If anyone has done it without attorney\'s help, can you please tell me what steps are involved.

i just sent today.fill application my self.

1.order applcation (INS WEB PAGE) application I-765
2.fill out
3.SEND to address same as your i-485 pending.
4.prepare copy i-94,copy ead card both sides, check $100,copy recipt i-485, signature card( PLEASE SIGN inside).
5.all instructions in application.
 
That really is outrageous. Just do it yourself....

I did all mine and my wife\'s original I-485, I-765 and I-131 myself. Have not done EAD renewal though. It cannot be that hard. As far as I can remember the original I-765 form was surprisingly easy to complete.
 
I did it by my self

I sent mine to VSC .. although I am living in CA (must be sent where your case is being processed)

...just read the instructions and save those $800 .... Good Luck

so, did u change jobs and thats why ypou are in CA ? Was the change after 180 days ? Does the move affect the change in jurisdiction as well ?
