Hi every body,
I have a question, I got recommended approval in April 09 got my EAD in July 09 but didn't get my SSN till Nov 09 becuase the got my name wrong then it took them for ever to get me a new one so I have been working for only 3 months, my EAD will expire in July and I know I should file for new one soon, the think is After being without a job for over a year and a half I lost all my savings and with all my pay check goes rent and bills I simply cant afford to pay the 340$ renewal fee, is there is any chance that USCIS will waive that for me ?
I do have my tax return from 09 and believe it or not its less than 90$ cuz i just got my ssn in NOV, plz if you can help i'll really appreciate it
