EAD Renewal

My current EAD will expire on Feb 9th. I applied for the renewal online almost 4 months ago. On December 18th I received a request to send them a photo which they received on December 22nd. It has been over a month now since they recieved the response for evidence but I still haven't gotten the approval. I tried a face to face infopass which led to no where. Today is January 26 and I'm afraid I will not get the card on time. Any ideas what I can do at this point?

I belive you should get an infopass and although the local offices are not issuing Interim EAD they can guide you how to get one once 90 days have passed without USCIs issuing you one. I think you can contact the USCis by sending all the details and asking them to expediate your case. ALso do a search for "life without an intyerin EAD " on this forum and you will get some idea and info

Take an Infopass

Although I have heard that interim EADs are not issued, but the USCIS site that one should apply for interim EAD if 90 days have passed since application and you have not heard. However, in your case they asked for photo. I would still take an infopass and try for interim EAD.
