EAD Renewal

hello guys....

I am planning to file EAD renewal (for myself and my spouse) through non-online route. I just wanted to know what are the support documents I need to send.

I tried to search it in forum but found different list everywhere.
If someone has recently filed the renewal and got the EAD, can you pls list the documents. This way we will have a non-conflicting list for future filers as well.

I also notice the variation. While information on EAD in the forum is very useful, most lists seem to include more than what is actually required.
For my e-filed 765 application, I went by the CIS official website, and only included
1) the printout of confirmation receipt list (used as a cover page)
2) a copy of most recent i-94 (front and back)
3) copy of my current ead card (front and back)
4) a copy of i-485 receipt

After sending my application, I noticed that some posts in the forum mention a bio page of our passport, birth certificate, driver's license etc, none of which I included.

Anyway, I just got email saying they will be sending me EAD card..
