You are elible for another EAD. Interim EAD is possible only if your EAD application with TSC has been pending for more than 3 months. Currently TSC is clearing EAD within 6 weeks.
my H1b is valid for long time but I am changing my job. Current H1b is from University but now I got a job in company. that's why I am planning to use EAD if I donot get new H1B due to cap.
Get yourself a EAD before jumping. Nowadays EAD from TSC are so fast that some of my friends have got thier EAD card before they even got a receipt number from the lawyer.
Please consult with your attorney just to make sure that jumping job is okay.
