Hi,
my RD for my 2nd EAD Renewal is June 28th 2004. No word yet from TSC. Any one in the same boat?. onine status is still the same saying it takes us to process 60-75 days to process this kind of case.

can i call 1-800 and ask for enquire. Will this call jepadize myprocess. Did any one did this in recent days?>

Calculate 90 + 14 days the date of RD and if you haven't received you can walk in for interm EAD and they would be happy to do for you.

you asked to effect on ur Process after calling 800 no? .

It wouldn't effect anything on ur process..... so if you like to feel comfortable and peace in mind. go ahead and call them and tell them ur concern.

Anyone's/your Friend's EAD is near to expire, and plaing to renew EAD
plz do apply atleast 120 -150 days ago for safe side.

One of person shared that he sent the OLD EAD fees and they send back his pettition and he loss the days.... Plus also keep in mind about RFE..... for atleast one month.... 14 days for getting and response + 14 days for posting and sending to same office who has ur file.... who know who go for vacation or Hurricane Holidays
