EAD renewal

Guys,

I want to apply for my EAD renewal expiring Nov 18.

My questions:

1) have the longer duration EAD's started getting issued
2) What is the procedure to do it oneself or is it better to do it via a lawyer.
3) My 140 is currently under RFE. Would that have any impact.

You better hurry up. You can apply yourself and save some dough. Paper based apps get processed faster than online applications from what I know.

EAD goes with 485 right, so you should be fine. It's best to apply for EAD 6 months in advance.

Thanks Joyd. I will get onto it right away. The post mentions marriage certi. but the form does not mention it (at least I did not find any reference).

Would the following be enough :

1) Copy of I94 both applicants
2) Copy of 485 both applicants
3) Copy of EAD card both applicants
4) 2 photos per applicant
5) The Fees of course

Is copy of 140 rcpt needed to be sent.
