EAD renewal

Hi
I am currently on H1 (expires Mar.2005) and my wife is working based on EAD. She entered the country on a H4 visa. We're applying to renew our EAD.
What should I enter for Q15 ( Current Immigartion Status ) for my wife and myself ?

for you its h1 if you still use it. if you are using ead to work then it should be adjustment of status pending.

for your wife it should be adjustment of status pending.
