I have a Question for the Guru's.

My H-1 expired on March 01, 2004. I-140, I-485 pending. EAD applied and valid until June 18, 2004. AP didn't apply. I-140 RD is April 28, 2003. Presently working using my EAD.

I am planning to apply for EAD renewal. I am doing it myself as I find my attorney is too busy to answer my calls. My wife also has EAD and applying for renewal. Her H4 also expired on March 01, 2004. Is it OK to send the expired I-94's with the I-765 application. What should we fill in Question 15 on I-765 form.

15. Current Immigration Status.

Yes. send your latest I-94

My I-94 says valid until March 01, 2004. Is it OK to send that one. Thanks dynobuoy for the reply.

Yes you can send that. It will not be an issue.
