Can anyone tell me if I can renew my EAD personally in the NYC local office at the Federal Plaza. It is expiring in 60 days.

No, you have to send the renewal application to the BCIS service center. You should have sent the application already. It is taking more than four months to get the approval. Do not waste any more time send the application immediately to BCIS center.

My case has been transferred to the NY Federal Plaza. Should I still mail it to VSC or to the local one.
