EAD Renewal - Urgent

I had applied for my EAD renewal in April 2001. My current one is getting expired on 6/26/01. I have not got any thing yet. My question is
Can I work after 6/26/01.
Ead RD: 4/13/01. ND 4/25/01 (My 90 days for interm EAD is 7/13/01)
485 PD 3/98, RD 6/22/00, ND 6/23/00, FP 01/16/01.

Any help is good aqt this time

I suggest that you don\'t mention this to your employer. When the EAD is renewed, it will have the date on which your current one will expire. So everything should be fine.

I have read cases on this board, where employer had asked them to stay at home till you get your new EAD.

If your employer already knows and they don\'t have any policy, then you can show your receipt and convince them that there is a lot of backlog at NSC and your EAD will be renewed very soon.

They are already processing June cases, so I hope you will get your Approval before your current EAD expires.

MY EAD RD: 02/01 ND: 02/01 were for renewal.

My First EAD expired on 04/06.
Later I got my 2nd EAD valid from 04/07 in MAY.

So, don\'t worry about your EAD renewal. Hope this helps and continue working.

Thank you to all of you who have replied. I feel better. Can someone also tell me that interim EAD from local INS also valid from the expiration of previous one. in otherwords the local INS also backtracks the date to the expiration date of the earlier one. Thanks
