My EAD will expire Feb 1, 2002. I have downloaded I-765 form from INS Website and about to file for EAD renewal using the internet downloaded form. If I file now, I will be exactly 80 days before expiration (usually we have to file 90 days prior to expiration). Is this OK?. My Service center is Nebraska, but I live in NC. While downloading the form from the INS website, I saw INS saying that we have to use a blue signature card that comes with the Original I-765 form. I don\'t have the Original I-765 form and also local INS Office is not in the city where I live. I have ordered INS through their website the forms but it will take at least 2 weeks before I can get them. Is it OK to file the form downloaded from Internet? I am already late by 10 days.
