EAD Renewal RFE

INS atlast has issued an RFE for both (mine & my wife) for EAD renewal. RFE was issued on 31st December,2002. Still wondering what could be for it. Anybody could pour in some light on this.
How long does it take after responding to get approved???

EAD (Renewal) RD : 11/12
ND : 11/19
RFE : 12/31
EAC-03-038-5XXXXX

EAD RFE

Me and my wife got RFE for photographs (INS says that the photos are damaged).

1. RD -- 11/13/02
2. INS send notice to my lawyer -- 12/4/02
3. Notice received by Lawyer -- 12/13/02.
4. Photo send by laywer -- 12/16/02
5. Website updated for my wifr --12/26/02.Mine not updated.
6.Still pending.We got the impression that INS approves the case after 2 weeks of getting the RFE.

We received a rfe too

My wife and I received rfe too. Most of the rfes for photos in case of eads. Don't worry. Here are the details of my rfe. Hope it will help.
Receipt no for ead: eac 03 021 XXXXX
Rfe issued on 3rd dec. Rfe "photo too small"
Attorney informed me 12/10.
Attorney mailed them 12/16.
Automated message still same.
