I got an RFE asking why i applied for renewal more than 120 days. is it ok to cite the current processing times as a reason? i dont wanna screw things up wit these morons!
Lol, that sounds funny...Almost everyone applies 120 days before expiry I guess. I applied in OCT 03 for March 04 exp EAD and I got my approval last week.
