EAD Renewal Quick question

i am filing for ead renewal and am thinking of doing it on my own and not using lawyer. question is

I am on EAD and waiting for 485 app. i used AP when i came in from india a few months back

what do i write for "manner of last entry"
and what do i write for current status- do I write I 485 applicant?

If you used parole to entry in to usa use parole or if you got valid h1b and u have entered thru that use H1b... all the best..
