Hi,
I applied for EAD renewal at the California service center. My recd date is April 16th and notice date is April18th.(WAC 03-152-5XXXX) .
My current EAD expires on July 14th. I went to the INS office in Phoenix asking if they can give me an interim EAD before my current EAD expires. They asked me to come back on April17th. I am currently working and worried about the 2 days lapse. I did not know about this 90 day policy for renewal.
Anybody has any thoughts, if I can get an interim EAD in any other office.
