EAD renewal questions

hi,

I am currently working on my EAD and applied for renewal (expires Sept 27,08).

I have a address forwarding and looks like postal dept will not deliver USCIS documents for address forwarding. So i never got it. But online status doesn't show it either.

I have the LIN number from cleared check but no I-797C NOA with me.

I have few questions

1. How long does it take to get a duplicate I-797C (Nebraska service center)
2.What is the process of application ?
3.If my EAD is not approved with 90 days, looks like I can go to local USCIS office to get temporary work authorization. How to schedule this?. Do I need my I-797C for that?

Please advise.

Hope you must have updated new address with USCIS for all pending applications. If yes then you should get EAD card mailed to your current address. Also, every time you change the address you must update USCIS using AR-11. This is required. Hope you are aware of it.
