EAD Renewal - Questions Pls. Help

Hi! Guys

Please advice me on the following item.
There is a Questionnaire in i-765: Your Current Status.
I am working on H-1B, Should i just put on H-1B?
My wife right now works on her EAD What status should she
fill for?
EAD or 485 pending.

Similar situation for me too .
I applied for reneal on Aug 29 th and got the EAd receipt yesterday.
I filled with " I-485 adjustee (Pending AOS)" in the status column for me and my spouse

I am working on EAD and my wife doesn't work. For the current status i put "Temp. Worker" for both of us and got our new EADs within 15 days.
