EAD renewal question.

Hi All,

May be this is redundent, but I figured.. why not to ask.

1. I need to renew my EAD. It is expiring in Feb. Should I e-File or do by mail? Which is best option?

2. There is a field on the form 'Manner of Last Entry'. Give n example as 'Student', Visitor etc. I entered last time on H1 and haven't used my EAD yet. What should I write ? My H1 is expiring in Dec. and I am not going to renew it.

Any feedback is appreciated..

I have couple of Questions on EAD Renewal for my wife

1) Should I enclose a copy of Marriage Certificate with other documents?

2) Is the Renewal fee $120 or $88? Should I issue check in favor of "BCIS" or "BCIS Vermont Service Center" or some thing else?

ENclose all the documents which you could possible attach to ur wife's EAD renewal...

Put Marriage certificate, passport copy,last visa,i-94, drivers license, last ead,140 approval, urs and hers/his 485 recpt, las t EAD recpt,..
I am sure i mit be missing some documetns...but bottom line attach as many as you can.
I made check payable to
BCIS.
(I attached color copies(enlarged) of pasport, driver license,last ead )
