EAD Renewal Question

I am kinda in a similar position myself. I was hoping I could just walk into a local INS office and get the EAD renewed. From reading the previous posts by the experts, it looks like it is possible to get a same day renewal if you walk in.
Any thoughts anybody....

EAD renewal --
Not all local INS offices let you do EAD renewal in a single day. I know Boston local INS allows renewals to be done in a single day.
But in majority of the cases you will have to file for renewal 90 days before expiration.
So ..it depends where your application is filed.

oak ... i would file for EAD renewal if I were you. Its long due ...since it is expiring in early Feb 2003.
