My EAD is getting expired in Feb '03. My lawyer told me that it takes around 40 days to get the RECEIPT DATE for EAD application.
I think there is a rule of 90 days ... or something ... for the EAD, when one can go and collect a "temporary" EAD approval.
Considering this lead time, and delay time, do you think I should apply for EAD right away? Is it too late or too early or on time?
