EAD renewal question...

My EAD expires by Feb 2nd 2003.
How many days before should I apply for renewal?
Can I go to local INS to renew? or Do I need to send the forms to Vermont Service Center?

I know that you can walk into local INS offices of Boston/Pittsburgh/Atlanta if your EAD jurisdiction falls under these offices. In most other cases, you may be better off by applying 60 days before the EAD expire date.
