EAD Renewal Question

MY EAD will expire July 18th. I need to file renewal. I filed my I140/I485 currently. I found my I-140 was just approved (5/5/04 from online status). But I-140 approval notice has not received yet.

My question is: Do I need to wait for I-140 notice for EAD renewal? I do not see requirement of I-140 notice, colored copied of driver licence, or marriage licence for secondary applicant from I-765 instruction, are these documents really needed? Thanks in advance.

I-140 NIW TSC RD 12/17/02, AD 5/5/04, NO RFE
I-485 RD 4/7/03, FP 6/19/03

I dont think you need to send I140 notice for EAD renewal. I didnt send it and i got my approval.

It is a good idea to send color copies of drivers license (or passport) and a copy of marriage certificate for both EAD and AP for the dependent application.
