EAD renewal question -- URGENT --

I am filling out EAD renewal.

I am on H-1 which is valid 'til 2004. What should I put in

1. Manner of last entry (never left the country after filing 485)

2. Current immigration status.


Also my wife never used EAD for work. What's her status for the above two questions????
My friend who is also filling the same application with me now, had his wife worked for a month using EAD. What should be filled in the above fields for her????

Same for your friend.

as per my understanding , your response to both of those questions should be H1-B ( at least that's what i filled and it got approved). I dont think "AOS pending" status is an immigration status" for EAD purposes it is an "Eligibility Category"

and for your wife it should be H 4 ( if she is here on a dependent visa)
